Brian is a managing director within the Government and Health Industry Practice in Australia. He is recognised internationally as a subject matter expert and management consultant in the social services industry. Prior to joining Accenture his career included industry thought leadership roles with IBM, Curam Software and SAP and providing services to their clients around the world.

Brian commenced his career as a civil servant for the Australian Federal Government (Department of Social Security). During this time, he led three technical assistance missions for social protection reform in Central Asia on behalf of the World Bank. He is a regular speaker and contributor to the International Social Security Association (Geneva) with a focus on service quality excellence.

Brian brings a unique value proposition to his government and social services client engagements-practical field experience within social services administrations, management consultancy addressing complex business and technical challenges within social services agencies, through to industry thought leadership within global industry forums.

Brian is based Canberra, Australia.
